On Wednesday, November 25th, while traveling from Cincinnati, Ohio to Newport News, Virginia, my husband, our two year old son and myself experienced some issues with my husbands 2013 Chevy 2500 that caused us to lose power on the highway right outside of Beckley. We called OnStar and they arranged to have us towed to your facility. I just wanted to write a quick note to express our appreciation for how kind and expeditious your entire team was in working us in their schedule and seeing to it that we got back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. As I mentioned, our two year old son was with us, as we were in the tow truck on the way to your dealership I was dreading the idea of keeping a two year old entertained in a car dealership for several hours; however, your guest waiting area and restrooms were very clean and there was plenty of room for our son to run around and play. There were several occasions when team members were walking through the area and got down on the floor to play with our son and push his cars back and forth with him for a moment. It was quite touching. Your entire team should be commended for their professionalism, customer service, and hospitality that they offered us. Thankfully my husbands truck just needed the fuel filter changed and we were back on the road shortly after, but I do know if we had to go through all of it again, we couldn't have been in better hands.
