Dealer Notes

This outstanding example of a 2017 Ram 2500 Tradesman is offered by Greenbrier Motors Co Inc. Where do you want to go today? With 4WD, you can choose to drive virtually anywhere and on terrain 2WD vehicles can't handle. This 2017 Ram 2500 has such low mileage it has been parked more than driven. There is no reason why you shouldn't buy this Ram 2500 Tradesman. It is incomparable for the price and quality. More information about the 2017 Ram 2500: Ram 2500 models are intended for the most extreme personal-towing needs, while the 3500 models are aimed at heavy commercial use by ranchers or construction crews. With the diesel model's gains in fuel efficiency, as well as other maintenance-related improvements, running costs should be down versus these trucks' predecessors. Even compared to the other latest heavy-duty trucks, the Ram 2500 and 3500 HD models have some of the best-appointed, most luxurious and most attractive interiors, picking up much of the look and some of the high-line materials from the latest light-duty Ram trucks. This model sets itself apart with tow ratings up to 30,000 pounds, luxury options, excellent powertrain warranty, impressive powertrain offerings, Best-in-class features across multiple categories, and available Uconnect technology For more information or to schedule a test drive, please contact our Greenbrier Motors Sales Department at (304) 645-1010 or by email at GREENBRIERMOTORS@WVDSL.NET. • Best truck ever

I have the Limited, with the air rear suspension with all the options. I also own a E350 4matic Mercedes. I always drive the Ram. It is nicer. I get 22mpg at 80 mph on the freeway and about 16 around town. The only thing I wish it had that the MB has is the blind assist. The interior is top notch. I think all the 2500s from Ford, Chevy and Ram are close to the same. People make too big a deal about the differences. I have owned them all. No complaints. For example the steering wheel on GM is crooked, not sure why, but I was close to buying GM until I noticed this. Drove me crazy, but that is me. Also on my next truck I will not get the AC seats or for that matter any type of perforated seats. Too much stuff gets in the perforations. Truck is a truck, but I dont want to get stuff in the seats otherwise they will smell. So you cant eat in the truck and use it for hunting unless you cover the seats. I think I would back off the trim level.

I bought this truck as a new 2018 leftover. Had 21 miles on it. I have owned 4 2500s including this one and one 3500. Best ride ever in a Heavy Duty. Crawl up under the truck and look, the engineering is very impressive! Harvest edition great value. The 2010 Crew Cab I traded in struggled to ever get above 17.7 mpg. This Mega Cab avgs 19.5 to 20.1 mpg for all types of driving. Love this truck!
  • disappointed with engineering and quality

I'm very disappointed with the trucks engineering and quality. At 30,000 miles I had to replace the oil pan which was rusting so badly that it looked like it had leprosy. The oil in the pan started leaking through. I've never had to replace an oil pan on any other vehicle that I've owned. Say goodbye to $1,000 for that repair job. Now I'm faced with another repair costing over a $1,000 because the exhaust manifold bolts have broken off in the manifold and need to be extracted, all because Ram used undersized the bolts. Can you say "reduce manufacturing costs at the expense of your customers?" I'll never buy another Chrysler/Ram product again.
